Michael G. Mitchell M.V.B , M.R.C.V.S
Michael Graduated from UCD school of veterinary medicine.he worked in practice in Ireland and in Birmingham UK before returning to set up practice in lucan in 1979,which has expanded into the practice Lucan Veterinary hospital you see today. He always wanted to be a vet but is also a keen sportsman in his day- has his colours for UCD in soccer & athletics, played for St Pat’s athletics, Bohemians and Cobh Ramblers, more recently he puts the feet up and watches the rugby with a glass of red.
Laura Mitchell BAgrSc BVSc MRCVS
A University of Liverpool graduate from 2005 she came back to Ireland to work in mixed practices before returning to the UK , to work in a small animal only practice in Manchester for 7 years. Laura came back to work with her dad in Lucan in 2012. She loves all things feline and a good look down a microscope ( cytology)
Alyson McCarthy Q.V.N
Joined the practice after graduating from London. She is a favourite with clients and pets alike as she seems to know what everyone needs before they ask, an expert at multitasking loves horses as well as her dog Bumble who keeps everyone in the practice in check

With this in mind, we have chosen to stock only the best brands of pet food available at our practice which can be picked during open times if you need it.
24 Hour patient care
